Copyrights
All paintings that are sent digitally to my clients include the copyrights. This means you may copy and print it as many times as you like with no extra fee. You may also use it for monetizing, inside published work, or whatever else!
As the artist, I withhold the rights to include all paintings in my portfolio, on my website, or on social media. I also will sometimes use the footage of the painting process in tutorials or courses.
If you have a release date or you would not like your painting revealed to the public, I will give you a signed agreement that I will accommodate this. You can get a copyright agreement for any painting that I do for you.

Privacy & Safety
I understand the importance of your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information. I receive the emails of all my clients in order to send full quality images, and I make every effort to safekeep all information that you share with me. I only collect the information that is necessary to process your order and provide you with the best service possible.
I never share your information with any third-party companies, except for those that are necessary to process your payment and ship your order.
